What I don’t get is why they make it so hard for small restaurants to get a full liquor license. Most have beer/wine, but only the bigger/richer ones get full liquor. It doesn’t mean people will drink less, it just means that people who want liquor will not go to the small mom-and-pop shops. via Facebook
