So the cable guy comes by to see why our internet and television reception is intermittently cutting out. He says, “Well, the modem seems fine,” but then he gives us a new modem. Really? You’re just giving us a new modem out of the kindness of your heart, but nothing was wrong with the old one? Also, how does a new modem address the issues we are having with the television reception?
