Beyond that and both your body and soul start to break down, and the quality of your work suffers. You know, I love to work. I love to feel productive. I would happily work 50-90 hours per week, if I could. But, even I suffered severe breakdowns and big health-related issues from overworking for so long. It does not matter how much you enjoy it, you too are human and you too will suffer the ill effects, even if you do not believe you will. Much as I hate to say it, I still highly recommend that you slow down before it is too late. Take it from someone who knows first hand!
