Art Basel Miami Beach on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. This was the first day of our tour of Art Basel, we had such a great time. We hit Mid-Town first, and the first stop there was Photo Miami and it was awesome, they have some amazing photos. For our second stop we hit Art Miami as usually this was also awesome, they never disappoint. Then we moved over to Design District, and our first stop there was Littlest Sister 09 at the Spinello Gallery, wow this was so fun and exciting, you have to drop by to see the smallest art fair in town. We moved on to Design Miami and it was good. Now we moved on to downtown Miami to Galleria - "A World Seen Through Art" this is actually going to start being a weekly event at Mia at Biscayne. Now we go back to Wynwood to Art Deconstruction at the Zag Gallery, they had some wonderful artwork and the space is amazing. This event was being promoted by BRPR Miami, so you know it had to be good. As we head over to our last and finally stop on the first day of Art Basel was an event we did not have on our list, we had been told that it was a great event so here we go. But on the way over we where heading down NW 2nd Ave and we saw several people doing graffiti art and had to stop and take pictures, they are amazing artist, to see it on that scale was so incredible. We head over to the Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin, we got there at 11:30 pm and this place was still going, they had a DJ playing in the back and the dance floor was packed. They had a great exhibit on the 2nd floor, you have to go up and see the girl leaning against the wall.
